At this year's Build conference, Microsoft released Windows Phone 8.1 and the development strategy for universal Windows apps . In the next two months, there will be two global events held, namely//learn and//publish.
The first is//learn. On April 24, the MVP speaker of the global Microsoft technology community involved 8 languages, Windows Phone Dev, Windows Client Dev and other directions.
